West Coast Wrap: roasted turkey breast, smoked bacon, white cheddar, paprika aioli, avocados and tomatoes, California greens in a tortilla shell.

Chicken Panini: pulled roasted chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, caramelized sweet onions and mango mayonnaise on Focaccia bread. 

Chicken Wrap: pulled roasted chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, caramelized sweet onions and mango mayonnaise, California greens in a tortilla shell. 

Roast Beast French Dip: fresh roasted AAA Alberta beef, garlic aioli, caramelized onions on grilled Filone bread & Au Jus dip. 

The Mighty Hog Heaven: slices of Porchetta, ham and bacon, grainy mustard and paprika aioli with greens and tomatoes on Ciabatta bun.

The Motown Philly: AAA shaved beef with sauteed red and green peppers, onions, mushroom and loaded with cheddar , mozza and jack cheese with garlic aioli on toasted hoagie bun.

The Rueben: Montreal smoked meat, paprika aioli, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, mustard grilled on Marble Rye bread.

The Cubano: roasted mojo pork shoulder, sliced smoked fresh ham, pickles, yellow mustard and Swiss cheese on a pressed Cuban loaf.

The Godfather: Slices of genoa salami, pepperoni & capicola, artichokes, aged white cheddar, caramelized onions, sunny feta spread, tomatoes & mix greens on grilled Ciabatta bread. 

Ham and Cheese Panini: carved country smoked ham, aged white cheddar, mixed greens, tomatoes, sweet grainy mustard and Smoked paprika aioli on Ciabatta bread.

Lambwich Panini: pulled roasted lamb shoulder, sunny feta spread, chimichurri, mixed greens and tomatoes on Ciabatta bun.

Chris P. Bacon Sandwich: 4 large strips of apple smoked bacon, mix greens, fresh tomatoes and mayonnaise on lightly toasted sourdough.

The Farmers Market Panini: Roasted red peppers, eggplant, zucchini, artichokes, aged white cheddar and sunny feta spread on Ciabatta grilled in our Panini press.

Scheduled soups: Mondays-New England Clam Chowder, Tuesdays- Magic Chicken Chowder, Wednesday- Chili Con Carne, Thursdays- Buffalo Chicken Chowder, Fridays- Castello Cream of Mushroom. Along with our scheduled soups there are 3 more varieties we run on our daily roaster.

The West Coast Salad: add pulled roast chicken.

California mix greens tossed in our house made red wine and garlic vinaigrette with chopped walnuts, grape tomatoes, dried cranberries and shredded parmesan cheese.
